Department of Energy hereby gives notice of intent to issue a solicitation to perform the inspection, electronic testing, tagging, and selective treatment of all power line poles in the transmission system operated by the Southwestern Power Administration, and located throughout Oklahoma, Missouri, and Arkansas.
