Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids to provide Driver's Training Services at the Iroquois Job Corps Center located in Medina, New York. The prospective contractor shall provide vehicles equipped with dual controls, maintenance of vehicles, vehicle insurance, gasoline and other fluids for the vehicles, permits and drivers' licenses (including costs). All instructors must be fully certified by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles and possess a MV524, Drivers' School Instructors' Certificate in accordance with the New York State Vehicles and Traffic Law. Students receive sufficient in-car training to prepare them for a New York State Drivers License, and classroom training to obtain the New York State Five-Hour Classroom Certification. Services shall be for a base year from July 1, 1995 through June 30 1996, with an option for three (3) additional years. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
