Furnish the following items for the USARC Family Program Academy to be held in New Orleans LA. a. 25 each single sleeping rooms on 27 Jul 95; 200 each single sleeping rooms for 28 and 29 July 1995. b. Classrooms/breakout room package: PACKAGE INCLUDES: 1 each office/information center to accomodate a minimum of 10 people, furnished with 1 each 4 x 4 table with 10 chairs on 27 through Noon 30 July 1995; 1 each general session (ballroom w/seating for 250 people) on 28 through Noon 30 July 1995; 11 each classrooms (seating for 25 people each room) 29 July 1995; 1 each registration room (to accomodate a minimum of 25 people, furnished with 8 each 4 x 4 tables) on 28 and 29 July 1995. c. Audio visual equipment for 10 classrooms for 29 July 1995 (System includes overhead projector, screen and flip charts and accessories necessary to operate equipment). 1 each Public Address system for three general sessions for two days to be held in the ballroom on 29 and 30 July 1995. Classrooms, ballrooms, and sleeping rooms shall be located in the same hotel/motel. There shall be 8-10 sit-down restaurants within a 4-block radius of the hotel/motel. Estimated issue date is 15 May 1995. The proposed procurement listed herein is offered as unrestricted. A firm fixed-price type contract is contemplated. Standard Industrial Classification Code applicable is 7011. The size standard must not exceed $5 million for it to be classified as a small business concern.
