transportation, mobilization and demobilization required to construct
a Boat Haulout Pier at USCG Group San Francisco, Yerba Buena Island,
California. The work includes the installation of galvanized steelpipe
piling anchored into the underlying rock with post-tensioned anchors,
construction of two reinforced concrete finger pier, a timber wave
break mounted on the South finger pier, a safety platform at the head
of the haulout pier, and all utilities.Estimated price range is
$500,000 - $1,000,000. Duration of contract period is approximately 12
months. Plans and Specifications and/or Plan Holders List will be
available approximately 15 May 1995 and must be ordered in writing.

short-term working capital and bonding assistance for

prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms toapply for bid, payment, and performance bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on
the bond amount to a surety against losses. Loans are also available
under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at primeinterest rates
to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit
