The proposed work includes furnishing all plant, labor, material, equipment and services necessary to maintain Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) and asphaltic concrete airfield pvements. Work includes approximately 35,000 lineal feet of removal and replacement of joint sealer (PCC pavements), 300 lineal feet of random crack seal (PCC pavements), 26,000 lineal feet of crack seal (asphaltic concrete), and 300 square feet of spall repair (PCC Pavements). All according to plans and specifications. Standard Industrial Code is 1771; related small business size is $7.0 M. Estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Completion date is 90 days after the acknowledgement of the Notice to Proceed. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 15 May 1995, with a bid opening date of 15 June 1995. This procurement IS BEING CONSIDERED FOR 100% SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS (SDB) set aside. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible, but not later than 15 days after the appearance of this notice, indicate interest in this acquisition by providing, in writing, the following: evidence of capability to perform, including name and telephone number of references on similar type projects performed in the past three years; a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern; and company's single project and aggregate bonding capability. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement pursuant to Public Law 102-366, ``Small Business Credit and Business Enhancement Act of 1992''.
