Furnish the supervision, labor, tools, equipment and supplies required to perform the operation in connection with the maintenance of the family housing central heating and air conditioning systems to include the following works: maintenance of domestic gas furnaces, humidifiers, and connecting ductwork; maintenance of domestic gas air conditioning systems, changing domestic furnace, fan coil air conditioning and air handling unit pumps, air handling units, and associated equipment, replace or install security hasps and staples on mechanical room doors as directed, replace deteriorated or missing refrigerant suction line insulation. Proposed base period is 1 Oct 95 thru 30 Sep 96 with four one year option periods. Estimated issue date is 12 May 95. The Standard Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 7623. The proposed procurement listed herein is a 100% small business set-aside. A firm is classified as small if the annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates do not exceed $3.5 million. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. All responsive responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered. A non-refundable fee of $15.00 will be charged for each bid package requested.
