Repair and modification of inertial equipment for the Ships Inertial Navigation System (SINS) and Electrostatically Supported Gryro Monitors/Navigator (ESGM/N) for the Fleet Ballistic Missiles Strategic Weapon Systems (FBM/SWS) Navigation Subsystems during the period of 1 Oct 1995 through 30 Sep 1998. Effort shall include repair, modification and conversion of Inertial Equipment, ESG Spinner fabrication, level of effort support and Non-BOA ordering provision. Negotiations will be conducted with Rockwell International Corporation, Autonetics Electronic Systems Div., 3370 Miraloma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92803, the designer and manufacturer of this equipment and the only known source possessing the specialized experience and in-place capability to perform this effort.
