Builder to be authorized and approved by Federal Department of Transportation and have DOT-CT number on file. Builder shall be an ASME shop, holding an approved U stamp. Tanks to be 54'' wide x 84'' long x 42'' deep, constructed from 1/4'' plate steel, manhole with hinged cover, no butt welds, closed-in type overturn rails around perimeter. Tanks shall be remote operator equipped with a fusible link and remote trip device. F.O.B. destination to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000.
