This is a sole source procurement conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(1). The Naval Surface Warfare Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Venable Industries, 2120 Braker Lane, Austin, TX 78758 for a state of the art electronic measurement and data analysis instrument referred to as a Model 350B Automated Frequency Response Analyzer System. The individual items to be procured consist of one Model 350B-ATC Workstation and one IOZ 100 Input/Output Impedance Measurement Set. IAW FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency's requirement. See Note 22. (0117)
