The closing date is an approximation. This is a sole source requirement to True Diagnostic Systems, El Dorado Hills, CA. Non personal svc to cover labor, tools, parts, material & transportation necessary to provide maint warranty ext for Govt owned D110/D210 test station, Serial No 0778-02 and 0778- 01. Test stations are state-of-the-art, stand alone that operate under ATG/Flexsys Software environment. Used to test video modules, UHF modules, transmitters, remote emitter control units, pedestal assemblies & digital-analog circuit card assemblies. Test stations were designed & produced to support UMTE, ASET IV & MOTES electronic warfare trng systems. WARRANTY EXTENS IS INITIALLY PLANNED FOR 1 YEAR PERIOD WITH FOUR 1-YR OPTION YEARS IF EXTENDED; INCL CALIBRATION & TELEPHONE ASSISTANCE FOR FAULT REPORTING & DIAGNOSIS OF SAID EQUIPMENT. MAINTENANCE WILL BE CONDUCTED PRINCIPALLY SEVEN & ONE HALF (7 1/2) WORKING HOURS PER DAY, MONDAY--FRIDAY, BETWEEN 8:00 AM & 3:30 PM (PACIFIC) EXCL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS. REQUIRED ON SITE MAINT WILL BE PROVIDED W/I 24 HRS OF GOVT NOTICE OF EQPT FAILURE. Descriptions, quantities, locations are based on the best available data at the time.
