A -- RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT - JOINT AIRBORNE SIGINT ARCHITECTURE AD VANCED TECHNOLOGY TRANSITION DEMONSTRATION POC TRW/ASG, Bill Battaglia (408) 738-2888, ext 6083. This is not a solicitation notice, but a notice of contract action for the acquisition of engineering efforts necessary to develop an initial Joint Airborne SIGINT Architecture (JASA) module from existing technology and to facilitate the evolution and migration of the architecture to manned and unmanned reconnaissance vehicles within the inventories of the Army, Navy and Air Force. This classified contract action will be negotiated with the developer of the existing technology and architecture (TRW/ASG) and will not be competed. No solicitation will be issued to other than the sole source. Potential subcontractors may be required to hold SCI-TS clearances and/or maintain special compartmental information facilities (SCIF).
