H -- SERVICES TO PERFORM UNDERWATER INSPECTIONS AND RELATED SERVICES BY MEANS OF A REMOTELY OPERATED VEHICLE (ROV) SOL DACW21-95-B-0037 DUE 061695 POC Anna Mustard, Contract Specialist, (912) 652-5292 or Shirley M. Proposed procurement is to provide services to perform underwater inspections and related services by means of a Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV), to depths up to 200 feet. The work will be at the Hartwell Dam and Lake, Hartwell, GA, Richard B. Russell Dam and Lake, Elberton, GA, and the J. Strom Thurmond Dam and Lake, Clarks Hill, SC, on the Savannah River. The majority of the inspection work will be in support of the Richard B. Russell Oxygenation System, the underwater part of which is comprised of 4,320 ft. of diffuser piping supplying 3,888 diffuser heads. The depth of this system ranges from approximately 130 ft. to 170 ft. Additionally, the contractor may be required to perform inspections of trash racks, intake gates, penstocks, draft tubes, and other such underwater structures. The resulting contract shall be awarded for a one (1) year period with two (2) one-year options. This is a civil works program procurement and is not funded by the Department of Defense. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5.0 million.
