Repairs include replacing parts, sandblasting and professional stripping due to rust corrosion. The contractor is required to deliver, install, and test the equipment at Fort Bragg, NC. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Justification: Supplies (or services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The original equipment manufacturer is the only source that is familiar with the design of the equipment and has the parts, accessories, machine tooling, and other resources necessary to restore the equipment to its original condition. All parties interested in this requirement will be considered and must respond telephonically within 15 days after publication of this notice.
