R -- HYDROPOWER ENGINEERING CONSULTING SERVICES SOL DACW57-95-R-0033 DUE 061695 POC Contract Specialist, GAIL SCHULTZ, (503)326-4078 The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and material necessary to provide hydropower engineering consulting services to identify and evaluate opportunities for generation improvements at existing hydropower facilities. The contractor shall develop a process/program, and shall determine and develop related methodology, guidelines, tools and equipment by which hydropower projects can be evaluated/screened for potential gains in energy and capacity. The contractor shall implement the developed program to conduct studies and perform field equipment testing to identify and examine opportunities and benefits for potential generation improvements. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about May 17, 1995 at no charge. The approximate due date for proposals will be June 16, 1995. A requirements type contract will be awarded from this RFP. Contract period is from date of award through September 30, 1995, with an option to renew for an additional one year period. This acquisition is open to both large and small businesses, the size standard for which is a concern, including its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $2.5 million.
