Administration (DEA) proposes to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price
Requirements contract for the acquisition of Worldwide HF Net Control
Station Services -- Mandatory requirements are that the Contractor
shall have, by October 1,1995, a main station located in the central
part of the continental U. S. (CONUS) (Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Iowa
or Oklahoma), one remote station located on the west coast of CONUS
(Arizona, California Oregon or Washington), one remote station located
in the south central part of CONUS (New Mexico, Texas, or Louisiana)
and one remote station located in Maryland, Virginia or North Carolina
-- Period of performance is October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996
with four successive twelve month option periods -- DEA intends to
negotiate on a sole-source basis with Rockwell International
Corporation -- Any firms desiring consideration must fully identify
their capabilities to perform the mandatory requirements addressed
herein in writing and submit to the POC identified above within 15 days
