The National Institute for Literacy is seeking contractor assistance to establish a national literacy hotline to respond to citizen requests for information on the delivery of literacy services and the dissemination of printed materials. The volume of calls is expected to be from 3,000 to 7,000 calls per month. A twelve month period of performance with 2 option periods is anticipated for this project.
