Furnish all necessary management, supervision, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, and vehicles to perform the following work: grass mowing, cleaning services, maintenance and repair of buildings and structures, herbiciding, repair electrical and mechanical systems, operation and maintenance of water and sewage systems, servicing and maintenance of Government vehicles and equipment, beach and buoy maintenance, and a variety of other services associated with the operation of a water resource project, including the furnishing of park attendants. The work will be performed at the Center Hill project near Lancaster, Tennessee. Solicitations will be available on or about 9 June 1995. Work to begin on or about 1 January 1996, with options to renew for (4) four additional years and an additional short term renewal option of 6 months.
