Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, permits and licenses necessary to service hazardous waste accumulation points. Requirement consists of monitoring facilities, estimating and recording quantities of hazardous waste, servicing/pickup of the waste, sampling and testing waste streams, and transporting hazardous waste in 55 gallon drums to an EPA designated waste facility traveling less than 350 miles one way from Tyndall AFB to the EPA facility.
