Z -- GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES SOL 9077-3K15-95 DUE 063095 POC Contracting Officer, David Springer, 301-344-0263 Z-General Construction Services - Award of a competitively negotiated indefinite quantity contract is being considered for miscellaneous General Construction Services under a Task Order Agreement as required during a period of one year with four additional one-year option periods at the Agricultural Research Center, Beltsville, MD; the U.S. National Arboretum, Washington, DC; and the U.S. Plant Introduction Station, Glenn Dale, MD. The estimated construction cost range is between $25,000 to $2,000,000 total per year which may include multiple task order projects. Time for completion of construction is determined by the needs of Task Order requirement. This is a Request for Proposals which consists of evaluation of technical businesses and cost elements. No specifications and drawings will be issued. Solicitation issue date is on or about May 22, 1995, and a pre-bid conference will be schedule on or about June 6, 1995, with an RFP due date of approximately June 30, 1995. A set of the solicitation documents will be available for a non-refundable charge of $15.
