Smith,215/6 56-6091 The Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, and equipment to perform ductwork cleaning at the SSA Operations Building, Woodlawn, Maryland Contractor must clean and balance ducts and all components (e.g. coils, dampers) using high pressure air discharge/vacuum equipment and hand vacuum. Base bid includes twelve air handler units with each unit having an average of 1400 linear feet of duct. Also included are four options covering the remaining nine air handler units and associated ductwork. All work must be done on weekends or evenings (6:00 pm to 5:00 am). Project location is the SSA Operations Building, 6401 Security Boulevard, Woodlawn, Maryland 21235. This solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis. SIC Code 1711.
