In general, the work shall consist of a Base Bid to construct a 200 feet X 200 feet clay pad and clay road in an abandoned clay pit at Site B-26, and three options. Option No. 1 provide price (dollars per ton) to haul and crush debris from weekly Bayou Site, estimated quantity of concrete and asphalt is 12,000 tons. Option No. 2 provide price (dollars per ton) to haul and crush concrete/asphalt debris at Site B-26 clay pit, estimated quantity of asphalt and concrete is 12,000 tons. Option No. 3 provide price (dollars per ton) to haul and crush asphalt at North Runway Site, estimated quantity of asphalt is 1000 tons. Estimated dollar range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small or small disadvantaged business.
