MACK, (317)353-3543 This notice hereby rescinds the synopsis published on March 8, 1995, which described an intent to negotiate and award a sole source contract to NURAD Technologies Inc.. This synopsis is unrestricted and is a notice of intent to issue a solicitation for procuring Radomes and Associated Data Items. The AN/ALQ-170(V) has a requirement to procure the following: P/N 1310AS9015 Radome, Wideband and Associated Data Items. Base year quantities are Radome 1st Article, 1 Ea, Test Procedure, 1 Ea, Test Report, 1 Ea, Radome, Wideband, 15 Ea, and Test Report, 15 Ea. Option year quantities are Radome, 8 Ea and Test Report 8 Ea. A listing of the characteristics will be provided with the solicitation. Delivery shall be made as FOB Destination to Naval Air Warfare Center, 6000 East 21st, Indianapolis, IN 46219. Deliveries shall be made as follows: Test Procedure 60 days from award, 1st Article 90 days from award, Radome 240 days from award at the rate of 1 unit per month, Test Report concurrent with each Radome delivery, and Option 240 days after Option is exercised at a rate of 1 unit per month, Test Report concurrent with each Radome delivery.
