As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum, known, and a maximum quantity that can range from 0% to 100% above or below the known. Delivery schedule 180 days after contract award. Offerors must be approved and qualified. This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources.
