Draft request for proposal for statement of work in item #8. This proposed procurement is a 100 percent Small Business Set-Aside for the U.S. Army Missile Command Weapon Systems Management Directorate, and in support of the Missile Guidance Directorate and Air Defense Command and Control System which shall encompass a broad area of defense systems and their design, performance, analysis, simulation, test, and general support. The resulting contractor shall design and validate existing Government designs and subsystems including software or algorithms as required. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Level of Effort type contract is contemplated. Proposals are restricted to the United States and its territorial contractors; no foreign participation will be allowed. Questions must be in writing and will be answered by amendment only. Interested offerors must be cleared for secret.
