L -- L -- TECH SERVICES FOR INSTALL OF JIST SOFTWARE POC Contact, Lori Redding, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0108 with PRB Associates for software engineering and technical services for the implementation and installation of JIST software and modified AN/TSQ-142(V)5/(V)6 TEAMS system software and hardware for the MSA aircraft. Negotiations will be conducted with PRB Associates, who is the designer, developer and sole producer of the AN/TSQ-142(V) TEAMS and JIST, and is therefore the only source with the in-depth knowledge of these systems necessary to perform the required work.
