FEDERAL ELECTRONIC COMMERCE/ELECTRONIC DATA INTERCHANGE (EC/EDI) PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE Morgan State University's Procurement Assistance Center will conduct this conference on Thursday, May 11, 1995 for small (and other) businesses desiring to transact business with the Federal Government in the emerging electronic environment.
