BUSINESS PLAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: JUNE 13-29, 1995 A six session course running every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm. This program is designed to assist participants in understanding the components of writing a sound business plan. The interactive design of the program allows for maximum instructor/participant involvement and full utilization of all resources. The program includes seminars, small group work sessions and one on one counseling. Topics include sources of information, marketing plans, segmentation and research, sales forecasting, financial and legal considerations, preparing a financial forecast and presenting to the management team. This course is highly recommended by the SBA and area banks active in small business lending. A certificate of completion is presented at the end of the program. Cost $199.00.
