Buildings at the Johnson Space Center and nearby Ellington Field comprise nearly 3 million square feet of interior space for which services are required. This action is reserved for small businesses. The invitation for bid (IFB) will be issued on or shortly after May 15, 1995. A pre-bid conference will be conducted at the Johnson Space Center approximately fifteen (15) days after the IFB is released. Bids will be due approximately thirty (30) days after the IFB is released. The specific date of the pre-bid conference and bid opening will be stated within the IFB itself. In addition, the IFB will detail the bonding requirements for this procurement. NASA anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price, Performance-Based contract to the successful bidder.
