Synopsis Number: 0168-95 -- The U.S. Army Missile Command intends to procure Depot Maintenance Plant Equipment (DMPE) for repair of the AVENGER Gunners Console. The hardware will be procured under a firm fixed price Contract Line Item Number (CLIN), and the engineering services effort will be procured under a cost plus fixed fee CLIN. The basic contract will be be awarded for the procurement of hardware and spares, plus 1453 manhours of engineering services. The contract will also contain a 1453 manhour option for the second year, and a 2000 manhour range option that will be exercised, if required. The period of performance for this contract effort is 24 months from contract award. The Gunners Console, part number 13264880, is a subassembley of the AVENGER Weapon System and is produced by Boeing. The engineering drawing and other technical data required to effect repair of the gunners console are protected by a ''Limited Rights'' Statement. Therefore, this requirement is limited to Boeing Defense and Space Group, Missiles and Space Division, Huntsville, AL.
