Higgs, CONTRACT SPECIALIST, 703/542-2307 The Government intends to award a contract to Motorola, U.S. Federal Government Markets Division, for the purchase of 2 ea, AN/CSZ-1A Sunburst Processor, 01-P39740C001. The purchase of these radio system components are necessary for an existing communication system upgrade project located at FEMA, Mount Weather Emergency Assistance Center (MWEAC), Berryville, VA 22611. This equipment, when received, will be installed as an integral part of the training node for communications operators. It is imperative that the training node be an exact replica of the equipment that is currently installed for use by these operators. The Government has determined that the Motorola Sunburst Processor is the only equipment that meets the Government's minimum requirements. See Numbered Note 22. (0121)
