Source or Only a Limited Number of Responsible Sources. This proposed
contract action is for supplies for which the Governement does not have
specification and drawings to permit full and open competition;
however, it is restricted to approved source(s): McDonnell Douglas
Helicopters, 5000 E. McDowell Rd., Mesa, AZ 85205-9797; Airtronics,
Inc., 3601 E. 34th St., Tucson, AZ 85713-5304; Jet Electronics &
Technology, Inc., Div of B.F. Goodrich, Avionics, P.O. Box 873, Grand
Rapids, MI 49588-0873. The time required for approval of new suppliers
is such that award and delivery cannot be delayed pending approval of
a new source. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to
compete for future solications IAW the instructions contained in
Section L of the solicitation. Information on meeting of qualification
