70 -- UPGRADE OF SOFTWARE AG-FEDERAL SYSTEMS ''NATURAL DOCUMENT MANAGER'' SOFTWARE SOL ATD-124-TA-95/0610 POC Contact Tom Antoniel, (205)544-5087 CSC intends to negotiate only with Software AG-Federal Systems (SAG-FS) for the upgrade of an existing NASA HQ ''Natural Document Manager (NDM) license into an existing multi-year MIPS based Data Center Consolidated License (DCCL) Subcontract, in support of the NASA ADP Consolidation Center (NACC) Program located at Marshall Space Flight Center, AL. CSC will also negotiate with the OEM for the incorporation of the NDM license under a pending software maintenance agreement covering the period of 1 June through 30 Sept 1995. Interested persons have 15 days from the date of publication of this synopsis to submit their qualifications/ capabilities (i.e., technical specs, brochures, and price list with proposed discounts) in the critical areas mentioned above. Such qualifications/ capabilities/and pricing (with proposed discounts) will be used solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
