The Government requires continued support of the life cycle maintenance services at the Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center Realtime Integrated Management System (RIMS) located in Port Hueneme, CA. The services consist of program and technical management, quality assurance/control, configuration and data management, advanced planning, operational maintenance and emergency services. The Contractor shall apply tools, techniques, and personnel with suitable skills and experience in systems engineering, quality assurance, and test and evaluation methodologies to assist the RIMS Project Office in assuring the RIMS program meets all requirements within established schedule and budgetary constraints. A complete statement of work will be provided with the soliciation. The period of performance shall be for a base year beginning 01 October 1995 and one option year. The Government anticipates award of a cost plus fixed fee, level of effort type contract. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which shall be considered.
