70 -- COMPUTER MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AND SERVER SOL RFP 20-3K06-95 POC Contact Darleen Masten, Contract Specialist or Contracting Officer, Lyndia Countee at (301) 344-3126 The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to purchase Computer Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and a database server for it's laboratory in Philadelphia, PA. The software must be compatible with the following equipment/software connected on a LAN: File Server make Digital Equipment Corporation VAX model 4000-30, Novell Gateway 2000 4DX2-66E, Novell software version is 4.02 and the Pathfinder software version is 4.1. The CMMS shall include the following functional elements: Work Order, Preventative Maintenance, Equipment History, Inventory Control, Purchase Request/Purchase Order, Receiving, Labor and Task Scheduling and provisions to interface with a commercially available Accounts Payable System. At the option of the government, convert the existing data to the new software system. A database server with an Intel Pentium CPU, 90 Mhz or faster, 128 Kbyte or greater external cache memory. A solicitation shall be issued after this CBD synopsis has been published for 15 days. This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside.
