The Air Force intends to issue an RFP for serial subscriptions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Library of Congress Fedlink Basic Ordering Agreement as follows: American Overseas Book Company; Ebsco Industries; F.W. Faxon Company; and Readmore Inc. Fedlink IAG# 95-690526.SCTV. This acquisition is for yearly subscription services. The subscriptions are of various technical/scientific/medical (national/international titles of approximately 1,000 titles. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The RFQ will be issued approximately 15 May 1995. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use proposal development phase of this acquisition. Potential offerors should use established channels to request information, pose questions, and voice concerns before resorting to use of the Ombudsman located in ASC/CY, Bldg 2041, 2511 L St..
