Bags shall be manufactured in accordance with USAF Academy Purchase Description CWXLQ 204, 20 Oct 94, which will be included with the solicitation. Bags shall be of one type, size, and color (navy blue). The bags shall be made of 420 denier nylon, with lining of 70 denier nylon. The webbing straps shall be polypropylene and the zippers will be YKK. Each bag shall be screen printed with an Air Force Academy logo on the outside pocket. Bags shall have square ends with zipper closure on top center of bag. Each end shall have a gusset made of same outer fabric, tirangular in shape, sewed on each end of the bag. The bag shall have a removable floor of high density polyethylene with matte finish (black in cover). An inside pocket shall be made of ripstop nylon fabric, with a one-way side-zipper closure sewn to the topside panel, centered, on inside of bag. The finished bag shall measure 18 inches long by 11 inches wide by 11 inches high. The proposed contract will be a firm-fixed price requirements type with a one-year basic period and 3 one-year options. Estimated yearly quantity is l008 each. Exact quantities will be provided no later than 31 Dec each year by delivery order. Bags shall be delivered no later than 30 Apr of each year beginning in 1996.
