Medley, Contract Specialist, (202) 366-9560 The contractor shall use recent NHTSA research as a basis for identifying Norms Programs for a selected group of drinker-drivers. The programs shall be designed to change peoples' standards of behavior regarding drinking and driving and shall strive to change behavior through group or societal activities. For each program, the contractor shall identify any needed change agents (''influencers'' such as friends, teachers, social hosts) and their activities. The contractor shall then develop and pilot test one selected program in at least three sites. The period of performance will be twenty-four months. The solicitiation will be mailed to those organizations responding in writing to this announcement. No telephone requests. The solicitation issue date will be on or about May 17, 1995. (0121)
