Sources are sought for the 96 Mission Support Squadron, Civilian Personnel Office at Eglin Air Force Base, FL, to procure additional FSI software, FSI software licensing and hardware to integrate into our present FSI network system. System compatibility with the Civilian Personnel's Litigation Support Unit (LSU's) File Solutions, Inc, Document Imagining, Indexing and Retrieval and Computer Output to Laser Disk (COLD) System is required to prevent duplication of effort and cost. This system is being upgraded to include the main Civilian Personnel Office. The system upgrade must be able to be integrated with current system, run the existing software and use copies laser disks made for the current system. The system will consist of the following hardware/software: (1) FSI Base Software, (2) Image View 5 Concurrent Users, (3) Network Mapping Software, (4) FSI Imaging Software Additional License, (5) FSI 11.25 User Network License, (6) FSI 26-50 User Network License, (7) FSI Platter Control Software, (8) FSI Interface 0-32 Disk Software, (9) FSI Optical Server with FSI Interface, (10) FSI Optical Driver Interface Card, (11) FSI 24 Optical Platter with FSI Interface, (12) Scan Station with Tape Backup, (13) High Speed Scanner with FSI Interface, (14) Kofax Compression Board with FSI Interface Plus Print Card and Cable, (15) Dual Page Monitor with Video Card and FSI Interface, (16) Network Setup, (17) 24 Platter Dual Head 36 GB Jukebox with FSI Interface, (18) FSI Interface Cable, (19) Site Preparation, (20) Installation and (21) Software Maintenance, and (22) FSI Cold Software Additional License. This upgrade is to be composed of commercial off-the-shelf hardware and is not intended to be an R&D effort. System modifications are not acceptable. Offeror will be responsible for acquisition, integration and testing of hardware. Offeror will be responsible for performing an acceptance test procedure. Performance/delivery is required within 120 days after receipt of contract. Contractors responding to this synopsis must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the above requirements. If descriptive literature, brochures, etc., are provided to show evidence of capability to fulfill the requirement, they must show that the product offered conforms to the requirement. Contractors responding must indicate whether they are or are not a Small Business concern or Small Disadvantaged Business concern as defined in FAR 52.219-1 and 52-219-2, respectively.
