Requirement for the conversion of an existing government-owned TRANE Model CHVE020 R-11 chiller for use with R-123. Unit currently being stored on-site. All work may be accomplished in place and contractor shall move the chiller unit to an adjacent building, connect all utility lines and bring unit on line and operate for 72 hours. All materials used to be new and manufactured by Trane Co. Unit has been out of service for 12 months and is charged with nitrogen. Contractor's on-site personnel must be attested by Trane Company, LaCrosse, WI as having current factory accreditation for the type of work performed. Warranty requirements apply.
