Provide mental health training and consultation services for the Blackwell Civilian Conservation Center Staff, direct mental health services for the Center's students (including follow-up on referrals made by staff regarding possible mental health concerns), and assist with program development. Contractor will be required to participate within a multi-disciplinary team, including residential living/counseling, vocational, educational, medical, and administrative disciplines. Contractor shall be a fully certified or licensed mental health professional who may be a qualified psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, or psychiatric social worker. Services will be provided at the Center in Forest County, Wisconsin, for one 8-hour day per week. Estimated cost for the base year period is less than $50,000. Two additional years may be added to the contract at the option of the Government. Project is 100 percent set-aside for small business. (117)
