Q -- COMMUNITY BASED RADIOLOGY (MAMMOGRAPHY) SERVICES SOL 648-34-95 DUE 061595 POC Contact Point, Julie Files, (503)220-8262x7107 The Portland VA Medical Center requires community based radiology services for providing Women's Health Care Mammography and needle localization for the period of July 1, 1995 through December 31, 1995 with an option to extend services through June 30, 1996. Estimated services are for 150 routine mammography screenings for a six month period with one needle localization per month. Clinic must be easily accessible for patients requiring services at the VA Medical Center, Portland. Clinic must be ACR approved to provide required services. Physicians and technicians operating under the resulting contract must meet all evaluation criteria nad other professional certifications required to operate in such a clinic. Solicitation issue date shall be on or about May 15, 1995. Requests for bid packages must be submitted in writing and shall be limited to 25 area clinics. (0121)
