R -- INTEGRATED LOGISTICS SUPPORT DATA IN SUPPORT OF USN-F-404/414 SOL N68335-95-R-0203 DUE 061695 POC B. Kephart Code 2132, (908) 323-2065. This procurement is for integrated logistics support data to support P/N USN-F404/414, for use at organizational, intermediate and depot level to repair F404 turbofan engines. The data consists of a manual, spares material list, maintenance plans, design change notices, supplementary provisioning technical documentation and user's logistics support summary. The Government does not have drawings to permit full and open competition. The Government intends to procure this data from Olympus America, Inc., Industrial Fiber Optics Division, Lake Success, NY, the manufacturer of the flexible boroscopes, for which this data is required. The solicitation will be issued under the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1 with an approved Justification and Approval. Firms that recognize and produce the required items described are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Numbered Note(s): 22.
