ASSOCIATION OF OLD CROWS/NATIONAL SECURITY AGENCY 2ND INTELLIGENCE SUPPORT TO ELECTRONIC WARFARE CONFERENCE Due to the great success of the first AOC Intelligence Support to Electronic Warfare Conference held at the Defense Intelligence Agency in June 1994, the AOC and the National Security Agency will sponsor or a second conference on June 27-28, 1995 at the National Security Agency, Ft. Meade, Maryland. The theme of this year's conference will be: ``Global Electronic Warfare: Challenges and Solutions in a World of Constant Change.'' Presentations will be given by top-level government, military and U.S. industry personnel. The clearance level will be SECRET NOFORN on the 27th and TS/SCI on the 28th. The symposium will be chaired by Dr. John H. O'Hara, Deputy Chief Scientist for NSA. The keynote speaker will be Admiral William A. Owens, USN, Vice Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Lt General James R. Clapper, Jr., Director of DIA and Vice Admiral J.M. McConnell, Director of NSA will be featured speakers. The conference agenda will focus on four key areas: 1) Defining the Threat with briefings from LTG Menoher (USA DCSINT), Maj Gen Minihan (USAF ACSI), MGen Van Riper (USMC/ AC/S C41) and representatives from the USN NSG & ONI; 2) Intelligence Support to EW Systems Acquisition and Testing with briefings from Congress (HPSCI); Maj Gen Israel (DARO); and Mr. Duane Andrews (an industry perspective); 3) Intelligence Support to Planners and Warfighters with briefings from MG Highes, USA (J2 JCS); Maj Gen Franklin, (Cmd, AWC); and Dr. Larry Bennett (MSIC); 4) Special Activities, Applications and Advanced Research with briefings which include Gen Larry Welch, USAF (Ret.)
