The work includes furnishing all labor, management, supervision, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide Statistical Inventory Reconciliation (SIR) method of release detectin analysis and report and conduct Underground Storage Tank (UST) integrity tests and/or associated piping tightness tests and reports. This is a combination firm fixed/indefinite quantity type contract. Potential bidders should request IFB N62474-95-B-3579 in writing. Tentative issue date is 22 May 1995. Site visits will be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The basic term of the contract will be 12 months with Government options to extend up to an additional four years at the prices established in the contract subject to labor rate adjustments that may be required by the Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Price Adjustment (multi-year and options contracts). Total duration of the contract, including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months. The proposed contract is being issued unrestricted.
