Contractor shall provide maintenance to all interior plants designated in the USDA complex on a weekly basis. Plants are to be kept in a healthy, vigorous, attractive condition at all times. The contractor is responsible for the total maintenance of all plants under this contract and shall guarantee their replacement if they die or lose their decorative value at no additional cost to the Government.
