Services to prepare, publish and distribute a weekly civilian enterprise newspaper known as The Globe. The resultant contract, which is in support of the Consolidated Public Affairs Office, MCB, Camp Lejeune, NC, will be for the period 01 September 1995, or date of award whichever is later, through 31 August 1996 with 4 one year option periods. The civilian enterprise newspaper shall be prepared, published and distributed at no cost to the Government, however, the contractor shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried within the publication. All request shall be submitted in writing or via fax (910) 451-3072/2331 and shall contain the company name, address, solicitation number, point of contact, phone number and fax number and business size.
