T -- T - AUDIO REPRODUCTION DUE 051595 POC David Kepley, 301-713-6904 Commercial audio reproduction labs are needed to provide reproduction services for the Motion Picture, Sound, and Video Branch of the National Archives. Customers who wish to order copies of the National Archives sound recording holdings, place orders with vendors that the National Archives has preapproved. In order for a vendor to ''approved'', they must sign a Memorandum of Agreement with the National Archives. The Memorandum of Agreement will extend from June 1, 1995, to May 31, 1996. In order for vendors to participate in the program they must sign a Memorandum of Agreement before May 15, 1995. Vendors unable to arrange for same day pick up and delivery of National Archives' audio materials must provide the National Archives at their own expense shipping containers that will maintain the materials at approved temperatures during transit. Vendors interested in particpating in this program should contact the National Archives' motion Picture Branch by fax at 301-713-6904, please annotate your fax cover sheet with the phrase ''audio'' (0121)
