N62477-95-B-3011 Offerors will be provided a combination of performance/prescriptive specifications and concept drawings. It represents the governments minimum requirements. This project consists of the construction of a concrete fuel truck stand; new pavement; spill prevention measures and a fuel handling system for the loading of fuel trucks. The work includes but not limited to sediment and erosion control measures, pavement demolition, constructon of concrete slabs and pavement; containment basin with associated piping; bituminous concrete pavement; earth work and site drainage improvements; fuel piping and pump; exterior lighting and required electrical service, controls and meter. Due to statutory limitations this contract will not be awarded if the price exceeds the statutory limitation of $300,000.00 minus 10% for contingency and 6% for SIOH. The estimated cost of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The only site visit is tentatively set for 5 June 1995 at 10:00 AM. Plans and specifications will become available no earlier than 22 May 1995. Submit request in writing for receiving plans and specifications. There will be a $15.00 non-refundable fee for the plans and specifications/IFB. Checks should be made payable to the Treasurer of the United States of America.
