Correnti,215/656-6152 Construction of new two story training/residential facility of approximately 1415 gsm. Ground floor of building will be classrooms, offices and various public spaces. The building will house 16 guest rooms with private baths on the second floor. Design utilizes load bearing masonry walls, pre-cast concrete planks, pre-fabricated wood trusses, stucco and brick veneer. Add Alternate #1 will increase the building size to accommodate 18 guest rooms, for an approximate total of 1543 gsm. Add Alternate #2 increases the building to approximately 1679 gsm by increasing the guest rooms total to 20. The last Add Alternate substitutes sport court cushioned flooring for carpet in the aerobics room. Estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This procurement is being issued under full and open competition, on an unrestricted basis, in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
