The work includes general renovation and remodeling of an existing 1 1/2 story building, modifications to an existing pier, associated site improvements, and incidental related work. The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB Concerns should notify this office in writing, Attn: Code 0212CC of their intention to bid the project as Prime Contractor as early as possible but no later than 09 MAY 95. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references.
